1. ABOUT OUR SERVICES
Empire of Eagles TV Network is an independent media platform offering information about programming, streaming services, premium subscriptions, digital content, and entertainment services.
Some features displayed on this website may be in development or presented as design previews and may not yet be available for purchase, activation, or use. Availability will be indicated where applicable.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be legally eligible to use our services and make purchases under applicable law. Users must be at least 18 years old to establish paid accounts or make purchases unless applicable law permits a minor to do so with the required parental or legal guardian consent.

3. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS
Our planned subscription options include:
- Monthly Premium Pass: $3.99 per month.
- Elite Annual Pass: $39.99 per year.
These plans are subject to availability. Before completing a purchase, you will be shown the applicable price, billing period, renewal terms, and cancellation instructions.
Where recurring billing is offered, your subscription may automatically renew unless you cancel in accordance with the instructions provided at purchase. Applicable renewal charges and billing frequency will be disclosed before you subscribe.
Any changes to subscription pricing will be communicated as required by applicable law.
4. PAYMENTS & BILLING
Payments, when enabled, will be processed through the payment methods and checkout providers displayed on our website, which may include Square.
By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable charge and agree to the price and billing terms disclosed at checkout.
Applicable taxes and any additional charges will be disclosed where required before payment is completed.
Payment processing is subject to the applicable payment provider’s terms and policies. We do not guarantee the continued availability of any particular payment method or provider.
5. ACTIVATION CODES & ACCESS
Eligible premium subscribers may receive a unique activation code after payment has been confirmed and a code has been successfully assigned.
Activation codes are intended for authorized access to supported Empire of Eagles services and devices. Unless expressly authorized by us, you may not sell, distribute, duplicate, share, or misuse activation codes.
We may suspend, deactivate, or revoke access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, unauthorized distribution, security risks, or violations of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

6. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Empire of Eagles may offer downloadable digital products, including the Healthy & Happy Eating Cookbook by Dr. LePoria Logan, PhD.
Unless otherwise stated, purchased digital products are licensed for personal, non-commercial use. Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of its copyright or other intellectual property rights.
Unauthorized reproduction, resale, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of digital products is prohibited, except where expressly permitted by us or applicable law.
Any applicable delivery, refund, and access conditions will be disclosed at the time of purchase. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
7. PAY-PER-VIEW EVENTS
Empire of Eagles may offer live or recorded events for purchase separately from regular subscriptions.
Each event may have its own price, viewing window, access requirements, availability, and event-specific terms. These details will be presented before purchase.
Access may be limited to the disclosed viewing period or supported devices. Refunds, cancellations, and event changes will be handled according to the terms disclosed at purchase and applicable law.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, website branding, logos, designs, original text, videos, graphics, and other content are owned by Empire of Eagles TV Network, Royal Dominion Holdings, Inc., or their respective licensors.
Access to our website or purchase of a subscription or digital product does not transfer ownership of intellectual property to you.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, or commercially exploit protected content without the required authorization, except as permitted by applicable law.
